How do I get my tilt?


hip strengthening exercises. i've had mine, because hips rotate out , stuff, don't know personal experience. but, in dance there lot of girls didn't have , worked them: (one of other girls thought it)
sit down , open legs wide go. bend , put nose floor. roll on it. after roll, you'll kinda in froggy position. rotate hips , stretch in area.

i can't center splits life. when it, lose next dance
things can in week, know might not possible, is, got needle in 2 days, please me
