How to control my 9 year old daughter from being out of control?


9 year old daughter megan has been out of control ever since age of 7 lately has gotten worse. screams, kicks, bites, , cusses whenever doesn't go way. she'll whatever wants when wants , ive been having hard time handling it. last night example, me , husband had family , friends on dinner , little party , 9 year old hit 18 year old nephew , told him out! dont know how handle anymore! won't listen me or husband. have 1 year old daughter , don't want little 1 being around that. have 15 year old stepdaughter , 9 year old adores her. stepdaughter savannah great handling megan. megan listens whatever savannah tells , savannah not put little sister does. when try savannah though, megan never listens me. whenever savannah on house calmer when leaves go mom's house 9 year old out of control again. please don't know anymore.
