Is this work situation legal??? please help?


im 21 year old girl , work 3 days in shop. work sundays on own. have carry loads of heavy things outside on own weighting 20kg. there legal lifting limits or says against law working on own on sunday? work 7 hours on sunday without break cant eat food cant go toilet, happen if fell off ladder , broke neck?!

today boss told me hes had secret camera 2 weeks. hes recorded ive done past few weeks. went absolutely mad @ me being on phone , again. wasnt on if theres been nothing been dead since chistmas! installing secret cameras illegal?
