Life on a navy destroyer/aircraft carrier?


personally, preferred small boys: cg, ddg, ffg on carriers (i liked cg more ddg or ffg though); different people have different opinions.

small boys:

- more port visits
- no liberty boat
- less people boss around (and less head of line privileges)
- crews seemed tighter/friendlier
- don't lost on place; especially, first couple of weeks
- me (as non-ship's company personnel), no working party

things carriers:

- better/fresher food, overall (especially mid-rats.)
- more things after working hours , more spaces them
- didn't have wait long parts (when equipment broken)
- khakis (o's & chiefs) dime dozen on carriers, of them don't act $hit don't stink

i either want on arleigh burke destroyer or nimitz aircraft carrier life on these ships , prefer
