Can somebody explain Apple vs PC?


child spent of money on videogames, didn't have taste apple products, , still running on fact apple hardware not bad microsoft, necessity wanted use operating systems on beginner level. microsoft better xp.

needless say, apple has come long way. hardware , operating systems impressive least. they're in mobile department, excluding iphone's recurring brick-shaped design. instead of renewing data roaming contract, bought simple phone , itouch 4. however, laptop crapping out , pc user, have serious questions...

1. windows "gaming os", why? takes many resources games developed on linux , windows congruently run better on linux. apply mac well?

2. why aren't games developed on mac often? not many "blockbuster" titles slip past apple; many independent developers openly refuse develop apple products. there way around os exclusivity without programming skills?

3. imac made of? boards manufactured differently pcs? can apple run on pc? why taking hand-me-downs windows computers , overcharging? (to fair, i'll point out third party manufacturers of pcs sell rigs don't work or utilize every costly new chip.)

might accept computer games windows, there's new hope older and/or alternative operating systems foreign releases , growing distaste annual , expensive, new windows cheap junk being put out 3rd party pc builders.

ps: developers put eggs in windows basket because it's easier rather addressing multiple platforms?
