Why does my bird keep biting me?


purchased him off of craigslist 2 years ago. seemed abused , neglected because of attatchment issues. however, have worked him alot, , doesn't bite much. typing this, sitting on chest. if cup hand toward head, bow head down , place head in hand can rub neck. out of nowhere, bite me. randomly start screaming. out of nowhere, , soo damn annoying. how can him stop biting me , why scream?
