equate nakedness being vulnerable, plus depending on weather, can more harm good. considered 'naked' decided society... man may walk around topless, while woman may arrested walking around without top on.


1 thing confuses me why women can walk around in bikinis nothing underneath, yet walking around in underwear, may reveal less, considered 'embarrassing'.
