got parking fine parking in parking bay. needed stay there 7 hours. max machine allow me pay 6 hours. machine allowed free parking hour. decided park there hour free parking ticket , paid £3 6 hour ticket. belived not doing wrong, left 2 tickets on dashboard not thinking anything. when returned car after 7 hours, traffic warden had put ticket on car after 6 hours stay. did not see signs not did. 1 have opinion or recommendation?
