Sainsburys: Can I return an item if I'm unsatisfied?


items of personal use such head sets/ head phones , shavers etc. cannot return them based on not being satisfied after have been used. can return them if faulty. or if falsely advertised did not.
best option return (refund) find manufacturers fault item or make fault item (wink*).

i bought sony pulse wireless headset fo ps3. have used 2 day of recieving product(5 days after purchase). im not satisfied sound produce ps , changed mind, want turtle beech px5.
