if other person send money, pay transfer fee , pick cash western union counter such ones in walmart. if other person or email else asks pay reason, no money sent , scammer trying steal money.

needs send money is:
1) first , last name use on form sender's name
2) first , last name use on form receiver's name
3) money

needs pick cash is:
1) first , last name used on form sender's name
2) first , last name used on form receiver's name
3) 8 or ten digit money transfer control number (mtcn#)
4) test question , answer

and, frequently, 1 or 2 of above listed requirements needed pick cash , disappear.

western union , moneygram not verify on form sender fills out, not name, not street address, not country, not gender of receiver, means absolutely nothing. clerk not bother check id , hand off cash whomever walks in door mtcn# , question/answer. neither company tell sender picked cash, @ store location or in country money walked out door. neither company has kind of refund policy, money sent money gone forever.

if google "western union scam", "fraud moneygram scammer" or similar find hundreds of posts victims , near-victims lost money via western union , moneygram.

okay basically, lives across world going send me money via western union. have no clue how meant work, website wasnt helpful
whats part in have make account have give out bank details etc?
