How many days should I run per week?
ammusing question i've ever seen in running section on y! answers.
it's reccomended beginners run 3-4 times week, body can used running. on off days, that's when should strength training.
once solid runner, can 4-5 times week, advanced runners doing 6 or 7 days of week.
however, reccomended take off days every week body has chance recover. hard-core runners , professionals run every day, , rest sometimes.
i planning run lot because when zombie apocalypse happens have higher chance of survival.... because thought of running , becoming healthy. plan on doing strength training on arms, chest/back , ab work outs running. how many day's should do?
