What is the standard UK law for holiday entitlement?
me , wife work same company, have 2 children , due our manager giving promise of working our hours around our children wife has decided leave. know fair bit laws , policies , parts of contract can voided if says lesser benefit actual law says. everytime search particular area of working law directed countless forums no assertive answer. anyway wife handed in months notice on 31st december whilst under part time employment booked holiday 13th 20th of january , accepted , put companies system. holiday coincide notice asked supervisor if paid , said no. right or booked holiday , rest of holiday entitlements after has left company? law when comes this? , please don't companies policies right because if don't follow rules set countries hm revenue contracts can voided don't know uk law holiday pay? we've received before previous jobs should receive @ job?
