Wall cracks - Pull up bar?


bought 1 of pull bars expand side when rotate bar, gets stuck in door frame due pressure. used in room few weeks, heard crispy noises , found crack in wall above door frame, stopped.

few weeks later i've noticed other new cracks in around room , room above mine, these cracks present before have grown slightly, nothing scary hairline crack, i'm worried wall above sleep going collapsed whilst sleep.

noticed alot more further hairline cracks , sharper creaking, need concerned of?
