depends. each country large , has both dangerous areas , safe areas. , varies 'rougher' when @ different types of crimes. usa has ridiculously higher murder rate uk.
usa murders firearms: 9,369 compared 14 in uk. (usa 668 times more.)
other types of crimes vary. uk has more drug-rated crimes.
