Swimmer's Ear Pain HELP!?!?


ok have been suffering swimmer's ear in both ears pass 3 days, , in agony. have been doctor , gave me antibiotic , anti fungal ear drops oral antibiotics. gave me diclofenac pain have been taking along paracetamol. in addition have been holding heat pads ears ease pain nothing seems help. please desperate, haven't slept in 2 day , pain starting become unbearable. should doctor told me not put in ear other ear drops. suggestions releaving pain great appricated can sleep. thanks
