Will swimming make me lose muscle?


hey, i'm 15 years old, thinking joining schools swim team next year don't know if make me loose muscle mass. musscle have isnt naturally there, naturally im skinny, iv lifted , ate alot 2 years , have continue keep it, swimming tones muscles wouldnt burning calories make me loose musscle, cuz if theres not fat use, ill use muscle. .right?
