friend got t4 college , filed tax last week. he's getting $2350 refund government since waived tax tuiton fee because international student. every month had pay $6000 semester fee. first year started working income low waived tax income , sending back. said problem filed through h&r block. said happy filed through h&r. that's why he's getting refund. they're giving him money after 6 months needs now. said can access online canada revenue account track refund. can't make account until gets refund. should do?
