hi , landing on page....im thinking of self managing new build house in west london middx, planning etc in place....im looking self mange , bring in specialized contractors @ each stage rather give whole contract 1 person have experience not totally new game, new house have basement, wondering stages involved...i presume ground works teams(foundations----> brickie brick work----> roof contractors----> need clarify stages give self on view....thanks looking , taking out time cheers max
