Should i be worried about my B&G Macaw?


adopted 20 year old blue , gold macaw. conditions living in far ideal , diet poor. getting seed based diet previous owner said didn't feed him fresh fruits , veggies because of fruit flies attract , cage filthy. well, occasionally, kinda breathe heavy if sighing , goes breathing today heard him sneezing 2x @ different times , nothing more. should concerned or think allergies? doesn't have discharge near eyes or nose , noticed starting molt little also...could causing him sneeze? talking, eating , drinking plenty , getting plenty of rest doesn't seem sick. suggestions?

also, our other animals making him sneeze? have 2 dogs, 2 mice, , 2 bearded dragons well
