Regarding GrandFather property?


hi all,
nevass bangalore.
grand father had 2 sons , 3 daughters.currently grand father no more(he died before 30 years back). had around 50 acres of land , 1 house. entire land , house equally distributed sons , had given land 1.8 acres wife(my grand mother). 1.8 acres sold aunties mother(my mother older daughter of grand parents), apart that entire land , house devided in 2 parts , uncles using, in 1 uncle sold entire property out single cent , 1 more uncle having propety him only. while grand father died has given land aunties marriage expenses , property occupied my uncle. grand mother living family since 30 yrs.
question is there rights mother on grand father property. have 3 sons mother , no daughters meanwhile uncle have daughters.
per ap civil law daughter having equal share in property ? mother can rights on that? if have rights how processed legally in andhra predesh. please give me valuable suggestions
