places considering are: dublin, ireland; amsterdam, netherlands; istanbul, turkey; sofia, bulgaria; , birmingham, england. other suggestions of should check out? or advice people have been of these places , had good/bad experiences?
prices similar, istanbul , dublin cheapest small margin.
