have had hard time (my fiancee , i) finding apartment in manhattan in our price range isn't terribly gross. little out of our price range, isn't bad , beautiful i've seen, think it.

don't want waste money if in bad neighborhood. chelsea isn't upper east side, isn't washington heights, it?
