Which field of engineering is most like medicine?


attend university of north dakota , finished first semester. classified electrical engineering major biomedical focus, have not taken courses toward it. doing generals. blunt don't want engineer. want neurosurgeon, means medical school.
since i've set myself study engineering higher level math , science classes required other major, i'm wondering if there field of engineering prepare me medical school?maybe chemical engineering?
