Is it bad rarely drink water?
main drink should water. should drink water body wants. juices can dehydrate sugar , can cause weight gain. same hot chocolate.
can drink other things make sure drink more water. water keeps hydrated, removed garbage body, helps blood , helps poop.
i drink water, couple of cups (2 or 3) month. drink plenty of other drinks such juices , during winter hot chocolate. have 6 drinks of in day. (not each in total)
