How to catch a pike in a small pond?


when go north (near westbend wisconsin, butzke lake) there descent sized lake variety of game fish, large mouth, muskey, pike. dirty lake though, not dirty garbage muck , weeds, whole thing literally covers in lilly pads , surrounded loads of cat tails. there small stream/creek leads small pond, @ end of stream aa boulder acts dam. pond length of semi trailer , width of 15 yards. despite size, 30 ft deep. , similar lake, contains loads of weeds. everytime go upnorth there 1 pike in pond , years me , mate have tried catching it. don't know how got in there want out , put belongs. ideas on how catch it?
