My new tablet doesn't have Google Play Store App?


got new android impression tablet(item#i7c), , i'm trying download minecraft pocket edition on it, error says haven't accessed google play store app on devise. looked through apps on , doesn't have on there. doesn't have market, supposed work google play. thing looks might similar google play called apk installer, doesn't anything. how install apps out google play store app?
