Asus motherboard windows 7 bluescreen before boot and cannot even perform reinstall. how do i fix it?


got blue screen week or ago on comp. couldn't boot without recurring blue screen. unplugged usb devices , booted windows after few minutes blue screen reoccurred. go blue screen again before getting windows without usb devices. freeze in safe mode before windows startup. tried reinstalling windows boot able usb. got quite far installation crashed before completion. changed hard disc drive , started windows installation , got further installation crashed before completion. seems core problem perhaps driver issue component. asus bios setup works fine no crashing in there. there utility whereby can format bios. problem real nuisance course work. ideas on how approach this?
