I can hardly do them now, how long will it take me to be able to do the splits?
first normal stretches , try go splits, right after normal stretches (i'll cal prestretch) again 5 seconds longer , go splits once more 5 seconds longer! (like month) splits aren't going 180 though (most 160-170). need go prestretch ( first stretch, painful one) stretches again , that's when stretch muscles. best both prestretches , real stretch after muscles warm: running 2 minutes, jumping jacks, squats, ect.
