Is it unusual to embrace my spanish ancestry when my grandmother was spanish but rest of family are?

ethnicity how raised: ate/drank, music listened/danced to, religion, politics, language spoken, etc. formerly known culture.

so, no, not unusual. redundant "ashkenazi jews" ashkenazim jews.

"me being" improper; correct usage requires "my being" shows being is.

in other words, apparently ethnicity not "english".

ashkenazi jews , english,? spanish culture, me being ethnicities make me non spanish?
