errr.. either didn't read article or don't understand it. 3-4% of minerals mined taxed, , rest shipped illegally out of country china, in other words "stolen". , reasoning benefit mining denotes ignorance. said "the minerals mined used in our everyday life, our gadgets, machines, our jewelries, power, our transportation (on drilling)", if free, or @ huge discount? , percent of goes philippines? environmental destruction caused? know chinese have worst mining record? if sentiment deserve exploited own government , chinese. 2nd paragraph full of assumptions i'm sure know nothing subject, why commenting beyond comprehension.
