Why can't japan print hell lot of money that people will just spend it?


know though government increases money supply, people not spend it. doubt is, why can't government print lot of money people spend it. imagine japan's citizen, if money not spend because of situation. if lot of money at-least consider spend part of it.(don't think of printing money cause hyperinflation)
