based on said, suppose you're going order online. otherwise it's best try @ store can see size fits. considering height , weight guess adult small. think youth size tiny you, that's opinion though. people wear same size shirt or 1 size lower (replica). depends on use of it: casual wear fan? shoulder pads on? chest protector on? again each person's body morphology different (some have longer arms, shorter torso, etc).

there differences between jerseys. youth ones smaller versions of men jerseys, same in terms of proportions. men jersey fans have (women , men). in women jerseys, shoulders less wide, tighter around waist , sleeves , general length shorter well.
