friend got t4 college , filed tax last week. waiting t4 go india in april. he's getting $2350 refund government since waived tax tuition fee because international student. every month had pay $6000 semester fee. first year started working income low waived tax income , sending back. said problem filed through h&r block. said did want file through them. that's why getting refund. they're giving him money after 6 months needs now. should do?
