4 bedroom home, changed to 3,... do I put it back to 4 to sell?


purchased 4 bedroom home 23 years ago, 2 of bedrooms size other 2 small 10ft 11 ft , 10x10... fit single bed in there barely desk son...
ended removing common wall , ended large room son entertain in , great.. looking sell house in thornhill area (toronto gta). agent suggests might sell better 4 bedrooms rather 3, , tend agree her... alas bedrooms again tiny... people leave it, , 4 better regardless of size.... large bedroom 20 11.. aside cost install 1 closet , wall, wish give place wow factor.. , not omg, terrible...
thoughts appreciated...
