Improving Sprinting Technique?
perfect sprinting position relaxed through shoulders , chest, starting off blocks should low , drawing full height, slight forward lean torso upwards , running balls of feet toes should achieve maximum speed, if helps keep chin , level when doing 30/40m sprints forcing lean forward (only though not bending) , repeat until becomes natural running position, remember draw arms tips of fingers in line hips way through elbows in line hips, lean quite important due fact helps make more aerodynamic you're running. keep doing drills @ slower speeds in sprinting position in mind , ask coach correct you, repeating position through training can change running position
i have habit of leaning far when running @ full speed , accelerating slows me down large amount , makes running ineffective. there drills this?
