What issues would two fifteen year olds have setting up a online service in canada?


me , friend experienced computers, , have been repairing computers hardware issues , software issues. many things programming in c++ , php. have been running low on work, our dads suggested online service people drop off there computers repair or diagnostics. have few services web development.

live in bc, canada. legal issues run into? , want liable possible.

such "if our job not satisfactory, no fees issued", free diagnostics.

have many places around charge $80 such services, (were assuming don't have service). going charge 30 - 50 dollars services, assume 1 person ever week or so.
