Will this workout get rid of my celulite and shape my butt?
won't see considerable change in 2 weeks didn't gain cellulite in 2 weeks (unfortunately). wouldn't exercising every day, best results shouldn't work same muscle 2 days in row. when exercise hard, stress muscles, wear out little bits need replaced after each use, requiring minor repairs. type of injury called adaptive micro-trauma, , it's critical improvement. it's signal body needs repair damage — , some. needs make muscle little stronger , how become better runner. if don’t give time rest repairs don’t happen , damaging muscle. think touched upon in question had excessive soreness. diet going constitute 80% of weight loss , necessary toning efforts visible.
for next 2 weeks if eat clean/healthy , 100 squats everyday, 50+ lunges, long walks, butt workouts, ab workouts, thigh workout , go gym rid of of celulite , shape bum? thanks
