How enforced are the provisional license laws in CA?


time in life learn laws serious - have never been in position of potentially paying thousands of dollars straighten out problem, or of going jail. driver in adult world of high penalties. friend of mine convicted of felony towing unlicensed trailer dump!

new driver chances of being responsible collision high. if @ fault in collision while driving outside restrictions car insurance invalid - have pay damages , shockingly expensive ticket driving without insurance. damages may more $10,000... more $100,000 in injury accidents. parents have lost homes because minor child driving outside restrictions.

law not parents talking. parents (probably) don't want suffer. if caught in gears of legal system suffer more might imagine. learn laws , obey them if want happy life.

(driving between 11pm , 5am & transporting people under age of 20). live in san luis obispo county, , not sure how serious these laws are, don't know has been caught them. know police can't pull on reason. thanks.
