no
bought small hand held haier tv target (of places) several years ago , after developed deficiency in speaker volume tried call them @ 800 number listed in warranty section of manual. connected constant loop recording told me hang , dial again later (after midnight in time zone). concluded number wasn't answered live person because being relayed facility in foreign country time wise way ahead of lived, maybe somewhere in europe , maybe somewhere in china. when called @ appointed time still got same message gave up. looked haier authorized repair center in city. zero. tv still works okay except speaker volume must turned way heard. luck.
