Is swimming underwater good for endurance?


depends expect in army. if expect have hold breath yes, make sure around if pass out. if mean general endurance suggest sport long distance running, rowing (although not of you're novice takes time enough long pieces) long distance swimming or things sit ups or punches or pull ups or push ups extended time, more reps. or try , hold in plank long can. 3 minutes first , see when collapse , aim 20 seconds longer , build endurance.

friend of mine recommended should swim underwater build endurance army.
