How to actually be more social and meet people?


know it's kind of dumb question here goes. i'm 16 , i'm girl likes read, nice , known smart , quiet. i'm 5'11 , 130 pounds, height , nose makes me little self-conscious. moved new town in 6th grade, , it's relatively small, pretty knows me being shy, because kind of awkward phase me. anyway, have few close friends, want know how meet new people anywhere out of school or in, when you're kind of shy:) i've never had boyfriend , been on 1 date, , don't know how approach guys really. lot of adults tell me i'm beautiful hear guys age. , guy me me:) no mean answers please, , girl out?
