if health, either fine. if athletic purposes depends on purpose. weight loss, while burn same amount of calories jogging or sprinting same amount of time (and of course can't sprint same amount of time jog) occurs burn calories long after workout on because metabolism has been accelerated, point burn more calories if jogged. suggested start jogging prepared sprinting harder on body.
