Why do monkeys live in trees?


ancestors of today's monkeys , related species evolved (as did) multi-cellular organisms, gradually became more diverse millions of years went by. monkey-ancestors have become geographically detached other groups of similar animals, , became more homogenous "community". happened environment lived in rich vegetation, , trees, , obtain food while staying safe predators have gradually come occupy such habitats. survival skills established them 1 of dominant species in eco-system, while other areas became less accessible them (since suited tree dwelling) , dominated other animals. today's monkeys descendants of original tree dwellers, have inherited both genetic heritages , of course physical environments of predecessors, in same way i, example, having been parents lived in england, born , decided remain living here.
