Can you survive this?


first of all, there no way accidentally fall off deck of ship water walked (or staggered) along. of balconies , decks have railings quite high. people, drunk or sober, fall off ship doing stupid @ time climbing on railings or jumping , down on lounge chair next railing.
second of all, people have fallen cruise ship , survived. generally, sees them fall , alerts ship staff. there lot of security cameras staffed people watching sort of thing. if idiot falls off ship, ship stops possible (takes little while stop big) , turns around, , send crew out in lifeboat try find idiot.

so imagine on cruise ship, 2 miles shore. , super-drunk walk outside deck , fall in water! question is. can survive drunk or sober to.
