oh my, no windows? have other siblings can share bedroom with? talk parents first , ask permission re room way want it. sounds need go through stuff , throw away some, donate charity, put in box it, , sort clothes season, summer , winter. also, ask parents if can paint walls. can i'm sure talk them first. let know how goes!
