Vitamin water or Gatorade?


drink water in first 45 - 60 min of playing basketball. after around 2 hours, start feeling weak , cramps.

before playing basketball, eat banana make sure have enough potassium. regularly eat potatoes too.

i'be looked around on internet information on if vitamin water better, or gatorade. sites saying gatorade, because of electrolytes , b12 , b5 vitamins. other opinions?
