Why won't my boss give me a raise?


when asked boss raise 3 years ago, told me i'm not versitle. come work , i'm instructed do. i'm work warehousing small business , have been same company 12 years. however, i'm tired of making 9.00 per hour ( should earing 14 17 dollars per hour). seems me job in entry level category , since can't go in company, it's dead-end. deal boss plays favorites. did put myself through college , degree in computers.
