Can I lose muscle by running?


gonna run tomorrow, , lately, been getting stronger, weigh 159 pounds, i'm 19 years old , hieght 5'8, have little bit of stomach fat, , trying rid of it, i'm nervous little because don't want lose muscle. eat protein meals, in morning eat 6 eggs ( seperate egg yolks egg 3 yolks , rest egg whites), protein shake (just 2 cups of milk scoop of proteinpowder), banana, second oat meal apple on side, bottle of water, third bowl of beans (pinto beans) orange or blue berries, last meal grilled chicken breast, glass of fruit punch , either blue berries or orange depending if ate 1 of them when i'm eating bowl of beans. don't think have calorie deficiency (i hope) eat alot of protein meals , guys think?
