economists believe value added tax least damaging economy (and therefore it's "best" tax).

canada introduced value added tax called gst in 1991 (and rationalized income tax system), , has seen revenues sore after reduced rate 7% 5%.

there's no question benefit vat, long fixed income tax system (lower rates, fewer deductions) @ same time.

there no chance happen.

i'm no expert on taxation,but consumption tax system better economy overall our old income tax system,what vat! have no favorite,just economist think better tax code growth
