What does the Grill Worker do at McDonald's?


depends on mean, here @ mcdonald's grill area vast area many different stations depends. since said new hire can guess of here our training program.

first learn how cook product on grill clam shell usually, google idea, , learn "back wall" or fried products excluding fries depending on style of restaurant.

once you've learned maybe 1-2 days or week before trained on prep table or assemble & initiate food made, far 1 of hardest stations in entire store because must memorize ingredients in order every sandwich. can overwhelming.

once learn 2 things stay @ knowing 2 until master them.

im gonna trained next week on grill, make sandwiches or cook patties , chicken?
